To assess your tolerance, take 1 capsule, 2x daily for days 1-3. Once tolerance is assessed, take 2 capsules, 2x daily for days 4 and beyond.
Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
